I spoke to my sister that has Covid19 and she is doing much better
this is the Trinity river. during heavy rains it is bank to bank. it has overflowed many times over the years. after many poor people lost their homes/belongings to flood water, the "wonderful politicians" $$NOT$$ decided to repair/enlarge river levees to contain the water
