She doesn’t make helpful suggestions for what you can do, when there is nothing that can be done.
She doesn’t tell you that what you lost, or miss is so small compared to all you need to be more grateful for.
She doesn’t say, “Time heals all things.”
She listens.
Until it all pours out. Until the space where it has burdened your heart and daily life is emptied, so all the things that are left and not a part of the loss and the burdens have space to thrive again, even if just a little.
Wishes for your thriving in what we all hope will be a better year that is coming soon.
