I enjoy creating artwork in Poser, Photoshop CC, Vue, and DAZ Studio. I also have a passion for photography, and have been actively shooting for many years. I've been using Poser since Version 8, and am also learning my way around DAZ Studio. I've been using Adobe Photoshop since version 4. I also use Vue 10. I frequently use my photos as backgrounds, and composite my 3D figures into them.
I have been creating my web comic / graphic novel "The Girls From T.N.A." since fall of 2009, and have been a member of Renderosity since August 2009. I've made a lot of wonderful friends here, and have been inspired every time I visit!
I will soon have a more complete biography, as I am updating everything. In the meantime, have a look around my gallery!
Thanks!
Rod

Very purdy, Rod...love that expression :) The only light I want to see comes on Jan 20. Try to get some sunlight--you do have that backyard, so pull up a chair and hang out for a spell...

outstanding render Rod and she is gorgeous as her new threads. I have been going to a select few restaurants for food to go and eating at home. for sure the repo-blicans will block the $2000.00. I will be more depressed without it, but $600 is better than nothing

I'm actually enjoying the heck out of watching them squirm... Trump put them between a rock and a hard place with that $2000. If they vote for it, they'll get raked over the coals for increasing the national debt by a huge amount. If they vote against it, they'll get raked over for being a bunch of heartless bastards for not being willing to help all those who have been put into dire straits from the pandemic. They lose either way.
Of course it's the American people who have lost so much with this pandemic and all the idiotic nonsense coming from the current administration.

A most fabulous hot, fascinating brilliant awesome composition and render. A magnificent Masterpiece of Fine Arts. I love it! The more can reach the eye-glueing TNA girls, the better. They are truly magic, everything from story to logic and posing, everything is a masterpiece of Art by itself. And with so many friends loving you that much, I just wouldn't even dare to think of that "dep..ing" word. Best wishes and you'd better remember we love you so much, my dear Rod! Not to mention you will have a lot of hard work to do and keep being creative. Hugs, Marius. 💖😍😘🎄🍸

She's lovely. Her shiny red dress is festive and pretty, no wonder she wanted to show off. I love her flirty pose.
This staying home all the time is tough. It's hard to stay upbeat and there's not a whole lot to be cheery about. We're in this together, Rod, so hang on in there and find comfort and joy where ever you can. Stay safe and be well!

Fantastic work. It's tough dealing with depression, but you're right that the light always returns in a little while and drives away the darkness.

The depression is certainly understandable, and doesn't need an apology. Hang in there buddy.

She is very elegant Shelley, I also like the laurel flowers on the right side of the picture. Rods I hope you get better, this year has been so difficult for so many people. You don't imagine yourself to be fragile and it only takes a little bit on top of the global gloom to fall off. I'm glad to see you're talking about dawn after night. It's just, hopefully it won't last too long

keep your chin high Rod my friend. I also like a lot of us are suffering from mass depression cause of our current issues. so many mixed attitudes with people these days at the grocery stores. so no reason to apologize my friend. I think most of us understand that. Miss Shelley is looking so hot my eyes pop out at the monitor. cool bike rack and building. just know Rod that you are one of the most talented artist here at Rendo and we all enjoy your work. something to keep up your spirits my friend. 5++ on this beauty of a render. Happy New Year..

Shelley looks very elegant and sexy in red, Rod. You're far from alone with dealing with this depression. Let's hope 2021 is the beginning of the end for Covid.

She wears that dress quite well. It was nice talking to you.

more catching up...when I first saw this (I saw it New Year's Eve, because I remember I wasn't going anywhere due to covid ((ugh)), and this picture picked me up quite a bit), I thought, this is studio work...or, better, the work of a studio photographer, only in a courtyard of some kind. Beautifully done and coordinated. There's a pink undertone in the stone, as well as reds in the bike and bike rack---all of which harmonize with that stunning dress on Shelley. You have a slight red tint to her skin too (and pink flowers in the foreground). This is the kind of coordination photographers work really hard for, and we have to remind ourselves that you did all this in your computer, not with a camera and props. That's what I mean about your effort---you really put a lot of yourself into an image (not to mention your multi-frame images). Shelley is also composed so classily in the image: Her knees curve right with the wheel of the bike, she bends slightly into the opening to the interior (with that deep buttery light inside), and her head is lined with the curves of the awning...stuff like this is intuitive, I realize, but it's wholly common in your work, and is the sign of a very experienced and intuitive artist/photographer. She's posed mysteriously: She's facing slightly left (our left), but turns to acknowledge us, with mystery and invitation. A hint of cunning in her gaze...you do these subtle things so well. A very enticing, sexy and beautiful pink-tinged image. It feels like a shot in a courtyard in Europe for a fancy fashion magazine...you said she wanted some shots in her new dress: You delivered with total panache.
(You leave terrific comments too Rod: I so appreciate them, as I did your comment today, with your wild and whacky description of what happened to this site---it's as good an explanation as I'VE seen, that's for sure. I appreciate all your comments, Rod. And you trained in chi-town? For the military? Or was it for work? (Why would anyone train for the military in chicago, I wonder? Unless they were in the navy, and wanted a lake...) Well, I'll tell you I've walked that neighborhood for years, and I never, ever, ever tire of it. I wish everyone should have areas that give that kind of joy. I wish I could send it along every day, when you're depressed (as you wrote about, above---no apology needed, btw!) My sister had depression---hers was severe, of course, but still depression---so I can appreciate how it effects anyone else who has it. But you exude a fountain of love and light even when you're down; and, for that, I am very grateful, along w/ many others. I hope the darkness gets so much better this year: You deserve it...but take heart in how much light you give here. It's a real gift...
