Description

Iray render made using Daz Studio and the following additions: UltraScenery using the new Australian options, Character Mixer to make a custom G8M, Lo Rez Rat and Monster Rat after converting the materials to Iray, dForce Medieval Villager Outfit for Genesis 8 Male(s) for the wardrobe, using dForce Medieval Villager Outfit Textures, HD Flute and Poses for Genesis 8 for the pose and flute, though the pose was modified in the lower half of the body for a more standing / walking position, Terradome 3 for the background, using UltraScatter Pro to populate the landscape with more trees from the Australian add on, Skies of Economy Redux for the lighting, but I forget which volume. In my defense, I rendered this three times with three different skies to get the right color balance. The setting came about first, which made me think of an AD&D type scene. It was originally going to be a happy go lucky fighter not realizing what was right around the bend waiting for him (or her). I then thought of what models I could use to really populate one side of the image... and I remember the Lo Rez Rat I had but never used. The final decision was made when I spotted the Monster Rat in my library and noticed how creepy it looked. It's got human hands!
