Description

Well, my grandparents (perhaps yours too) didn't have it so good, if they weren't born with a golden spoon in their mouths, especially during the winter time they had their hands full. Many thanks for your visit and for leaving a comment! PS. Sorry for not making more comments at this time, as I have been struggling for months with my damaged lumbar disc and the powerful pain medication every day. I hope that I can finally have surgery within this month, after the third neurological exam (to be followed by an MRI next week) to rule out Pyramid Syndrome. Image has been created as usually!

This is lovely work. No need to apologize. Your medical needs are obviously more important than visiting Renderosity.

A most beautiful and touching scene. Yes, we often fail to understand hardship and because of that, we falter in times like this where Covid-19 threatens us all. Not all of us, but some of us. i hope we soon come together and learn to love, or at least care for each other. i will be sending all my good thoughts that you pain is well alleviated soon.

My grandparents also grew up in difficult conditions (in Russia), and struggled when they came to America. They'd probably appreciate this painting. It's amazing, however, that you made a cold image into a real beauty: The water is like burnished brass, it has a copper-brass tone that's beautiful. The sun radiates right through the snow and ice. The trees are like lace. And your grandmother---though burdened---looks beautiful, as she looks into the countryside with the wisdom that comes with age. A beautiful and haunting portrait, with a lot of humanity in it. I do hope the doctors will be able to do everything they can for you, Ute. You deserve relief after all this time.
