Description

So I thought I'd go out to Burnaby Lake and see if his royal highness, Trevor, the Mandarin Duck was about. Happy to say he was cruising along with his mate, a female Wood Duck on this overcast day. It appears Trevor is the only Mandarin in Canada. No one's sure how he got here, but he's hung around the local parks for the last year. Mandarin's are closely related to Wood Ducks.
