made in 3ds max r3. Created structure and pillars. the statue is poser4 and the background picture is some photo i snatched of the internet. i trie putting mountains in max but they looked way to unatural.

Back to the column buisness, trogboy?:)) Can we have a 'better' perspective? And sg. strange is happening with the shadows. The closest columns to the lightsource has defenite shadow, while the further away they have softer. If the light source is our Sun, then they should be the same, because of the great distance. I think it can be achieved by setting the light 'Overshot' in the Attenuation panel. bye

thanks for the input. I based the shadow position by the position of the tree and hills below. But i see what you're saying about them getting softer. I never notice that before. Will do.
