I started Brycing in November of 2003 after being introduced to it through the owner of www.mulawa.net, Peter Hewitt. He created a set of tutorials and sent a group of us a book called Advanced Bryce Creations. His generoisity has led to many hours of joy for me as I create the images you will see in my gallery.
I was able to start Brycing because I no longer worked as a CAD drafter at the local foundry which lost most of its business to overseas businesses. My husband supports me for the time being but says when he retires, I get to go back to work so we have health insurance. We will see :D
Stats: Female, married, no children, brown hair, hazel eyes, glasses, drink Bacardi Limon and diet Pepsi(have since given this up...I still miss it, lol), love to golf, camp, play PC games and Bryce. I used to love to tend my garden so that's where my nick came from...Burpee Seeds.
Boring? Maybe but I'm happy :)

Well done scene. How the water meets the sand looks very good. Sand and grass look nice, so do the birds. The sky fits the scene and the boat looks fine - it may not match the photograph you took for reference but since I haven't seen that photo I look at the scene as an artwork.

Thank you so much Horo.

Love this one! Where.d you get the shore birds? Great scene!

Hey Jed, the flying gulls are the same one copied. It was a freebie from somewhere and is maybe 12 years old. It's textures didn't come in correctly so I put it in the background with simple colors on it. It is in a folder called 'Digital / Freestuff'. The gull on the sand is a Songbird Remix product. I used to beta test for Ken so got them free but I've lost most of the files. I had to use a different bird's poses to get the wings tucked.

As Horo said the water looks very real when it touches the sand. I like how you placed the boat and the sky with this landscape scene is fantastic. Very nice artwork.

Thank you for the comments :)

Your new graphic has become really very beautiful! I want to tell you by this way, that I struggle with pain every day and still try to write comments as best I can. Unfortunately, many here (except for a few who read my fine prints) forget the suffering of others because probably everyone has his own package of worries to lug around in the Pandemic - Stay alert and healthy! (This is a copy/paste comment) 😘

Ute, there is no need to comment on my artwork. I find it hard to make time to do so, as well. I have been thinking of disabling comments but I didn't want to offend people. I had cancer surgery October 2019 and then radiation. I have not been well since then. My mother died March 22nd of 2020 then my brother was diagnosed with brain stem Glioma a month later. My mother never threw anything out so it was a long process to clear out her home. 2020 was the worst year of my life so far. The election for president made it all the worse. These few pictures that I make give me something to do that makes me feel better.

Sorry to hear about a disaster chasing a disaster. My heart is with you even though we do not know each other. The latest work and the colors are very delicate and reflect optimism. All the best!

Thank you Rayag. It's been difficult for so many, and probably everyone. Good riddance to 2020 and let's hope that 2021 is a stellar year.

Beautiful view and work Nancy ... there is something very satisfying and soothing about looking out at the horizon, many years ago I lived in a house where we had direct access to the beach and it was wonderful to live so close to the sea and nature :) ****

I agree, one of the most moving sunsets I ever experienced was in Florida looking towards the gulf on a white sand beach and watched the sun set. It happened so fast. Not sure why it moved me so much but it gave me shivers watching it.

A most wonderful, realistic composition. Superb atmosphere, most impressive realistic lighting, fabulous awesome render.
The sea here and lakes in your brilliant Artwork is at least most impressive, to only use an euphemism.
