Description

I'm very pleased with this image and hope that you like it too. I was having a lot of trouble with the lighting until I happened to watch a video on someone's process in creating portraits. He used Second Circle's free SC Lighting available here at Rendy. I had them, but had never used them. What a wonderful discovery! They were perfect for what I was trying to do and will be my goto lights from now on. Check them out. This is a fantastic image. You nailed the lighting. She is sweet and posed perfectly. Even like the old rangefinder camera. My first 35mm camera was a Konica 1.2 rangefinder.

What camera? Oh, oh! That camera! And thanks for the tip on lighting. I've not had much luck with DAZ Studio lights, I find them very challenging.

I've had a hard time with lighting too. But I think you'll like the SC Lights. Very easy to use. It loads a whole set of lights. You just chose the ones you like. Experiment until you find the right look.
