Description

Just a little drop-by to say "hi." I've been MIA because I came down with the dreaded Covid. Me, the most fanatical about mask wearing, social distancing, etc., and only went out twice a month for food shopping. If I got it, anyone is a target for this thing. Just after Christmas I started feeling wonky and by New Years, I was on my back with a fever--all the usual symptoms. Luckily I wasn't hit too hard, and perhaps in a couple of weeks I'll be up to creating some "serious" 3D scenes and even commenting on others' work. ATM I lose steam to do anything that requires a degree of sustained concentration. The thermometer is by Zippo in Free Stuff. Pink for Poser by CHK2033.

Oh, no! So sorry to see you've been hit with this nasty scourge of our time! Sending my thoughts and prayers for your quick and complete recovery, hon! Glad it didn't hit you too hard. I know when it becomes available here, I'm getting that poke in the arm..

At least we finally got rid of that 'other' scourge of our time.. At least the light at the end of the tunnel might not be a train this time.

Oh no! I am sorry to see that this nasty corona hit you. I hope you make a full recovery. At least we have finally gotten rid of this 'other' scourge of our time. I took off my beard for the first time in 30 years so that the FFP2 face mask would fit better. I wish you all the best, best regards, Michael. Very funny little guy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

First and foremost dear Barb that you are ok and still alive. Yeah I know you are 100% on safety and wearing a mask. I also do, just hope I don't get it myself. You are only of a few who has mentioned it about contracting this horrible virus.

So glad to see you posting again.....hope you feel better and stronger as each day passes. Your precautions probably helped keep your “viral load” low. I’ve read that’s a big factor in severity, and gives your body a chance to not be totally overwhelmed.

oh Barb, I'm really sorry you got hit...from what you say, it sounds like you'll get through it, and when it's over you'll have some real immunity. I wish you the best recovery in the world, you're such a strong presence, you exude such sense and wisdom and kindness, I wish you all the best, Barb. Your image is adorable, though we feel sorry for the little creature, because he/she has a fever. I've known several people who got the virus, and they came out of it fine.
