En fait la réponse est très simple : cette jeune femme n'est pas seulement jolie, mais dotée d'une intelligence pragmatique rare, et encore mieux, d'un don pour communiquer avec les animaux. Alors que son chien s'était perdu en forêt, la belle s'avisa de faire un sifflet particulièrement adapté pour le rappeler. Pour cela, elle s'empara de quelques noisettes, sous l'oeil préoccupé des écureuils, et tenant fermement, mais sans violence, de la main gauche un pivert, elle entreprit de transpercer la coque de la noisette. La suite ne fut que facilité, il lui suffit de coincer la noisette percée entre ses dents pour moduler la note juste, qui fit revenir son chien au triple galop. Pour un peu, les écureuils auraient applaudi ; simple, je vous disais :)
