kind thought, Richard...the snow has been intense the last number of days, and there's frigid weather right around the bend...Your shot looks amazingly like candy! You got a wonderful 'shine' to it, like a glazed dessert. (The rose is lick-able!) The bud on the upper left is like a sentry, watching over everything. (Actually, the top part reminds me of Carol Channing! The actress! Don't ask---I have no idea why...) A magical glazed shot.

(I caught up on some of your recent shots...I hope it shows up in your activity feed...the site has been bonkers the last few nights...)
