Description
Claire's Bard is trying to impress the Emperor Nekherov III with her masterful lute playing in the hopes that he will be so delighted with the music that he will release her two companions whom his Chief of Arms has imprisoned in the palace dungeons, so Holly asks for a Performance (Charisma) check.
Claire's 5th-level Bard has a CHA of 18, has a Proficiency Bonus of +3, and has doubled her Performance proficency with Expertise, so with a +10 to her roll, she is confident her Bard's playing will impress the Emperor.
Holly has set the DC to 22 and Claire will spend her previously-awarded Inspiration to give herself Advantage when rolling. Will she make it and convince the Emperor to release Greg and Adam's characters from the palace dungeons?
