Very true and very sad. Very well done. I am about to loose a second friend to this horrible disease. The most heart breaking part of this is death without family or friends at your side. The emotional burden of the health care workers is impossible to imagine. They are in the worst situation they could possibly be in and then they are the only ones who can provide that last contact.

The loneliness of a person's dying is a terrible burden placed upon the shoulders of our health care professionals but one that's met on a daily bases with extraordinary compassion and strength.
