i had alot of tweaking to do here, but it crashed and i didn't save... so im stuck with this

Good start though. You might want to turn on the Sharp Terminator (e.g., edges) option (that's what it is called in the Inspire 3D application) fro your surfaces. Also, shadow mapping, and maybe bring the ambient light up to 15% so show some detail. The reality is that your render is accurate for what we should expect to see in space. ;')
