Description
Woke up a little inspired today, and made this.
My friend is having an art contest on their discord. The theme is "Shadow's Light." Now, Shadow is a character she made, as well as a concept. It's a bit vague, but since I've done renders of the character before... well, I could claim this was planned, but literally it wasn't. I just woke up and opened Daz instead of going back to sleep.
I think it's an ok entry.
I turned the shutter speed way down low, and fiddled with the street lights to up exposure without wrecking the gamma. Then I let it render for just two hours - it wanted longer but didn't need it. A pass through the graphic novel filter with tweaked settings, and this is the result. Hopefully it meets with approval.

Gimp, though I believe you can get it for photoshop, too. It's part of a plugin called G'mic.
