Description

As ALWAYS, thank YOU so much for stopping by and taking the time to share my visions! Your generous thoughts truly mean the world to me!! But, as I’m sure ya’ll know by now, if it weren't for nonsense, I'd have no sense at all!! Tommy and Tiffany Carlson traipsed up the path to Abandoned Temple 0612 one lovely Sunday afternoon. Imagine their surprise to find pots and pots of gold, a throne made out of a scroll. Neither could resist sitting on the scroll throne. A throne made out of treasure itself… And so, the changes began. Lizard like scales began to spread across their torsos. Their pupils became Vertical, their tongues forked. Finger and toe nails became hard, strong, lovely green claws. Green, scintillating green, became their favorite colors. Hidden doors and passages revealed more and more gold, and they became more and more reptilian until there was very little of Tommy and Tiffany Carlson left. The Pixels were, once again, dismayed to find themselves Outside. Trees, bugs, insects, spiders, spider webs, poison ivy, poison spiders, Pixel eating grasshoppers, Grass eating Pixelhoppers. Dragons, even! It was all too much. Luckily, the pixels have discovered the existence of Hip Flasks and Pants. A full hip flask allowed them to abuse er dull the pain of continued extreme distance from their natural habitat, I.e., the local bar. No Pixels were (permanently) harmed in the making of this image, except for the ones who attempted to swim into the gold like Huey, Louie and Dewey’s great uncle Scrooge, and the ones who tried juggling the gold or the Weird Ball. St. Pixels dispensed an unusually large number of hangover cures. Creditage: La femme, L’homme, their clothing, rpub et al 3Dream hair for La femme, Ali for L’Homme Various and sundry form DM

I once heard a story about a grass eating pixelhopper infestation that found this guys field of premo mary jane. So mad was he at losing one of the best hybrid bud in years, the story goes, he captures all the pixelhoppers and freeze dries them all. Years later some say he is still smoking a pixel a day... ;)

Great story-line! Reminds me of some of those American comics we used to get occasionally back in the 50s.

Really well done, and a fun story! I think I'll skip going on a treasure hunt with these two, though....

I take it this is before the heavy lizard-izing has taken place---Tommy and Tiffany still look pretty normal but for some lines on her face and chest. A fascinating collection of stuff, including the pots of gold, that great sphere, the tree of life, her scepter, for that matter her outift and braids, all the stuff on the chest, etc etc. Filled with pre-christian/celtic imagery. And soon they'll both be crawling on walls and eating flies...A very fine tableaux, this one posed like a monumental portrait for a castle, with pomp and circumstance. (Ie, many of your images have action, motion, etc, but this one is more formally posed.) Beautifully done, and playful as always...
