I don't know how the effect was achieved but I like it :)
Frankly speaking the frame is not mine - I'm using Dad's framing for my pictures abd photos.

hi Anthony! yep- the motion makes it look like a very busy place, ppl rushing around cept your dad, he doesn't look like he's in much of a hurry- hehe :)
