Honestly?, Fantastic! I really don't understand why you have'nt had more comments on this image. The realism is unmatched, very incredible indeed. The exhaggerated noise on the top of the box actually stands out as loud or louder than the subtle reflections off the thumbtacks from the floor. Excellent work. The detail in the box alone brings this image into the "Realistic" frame.
