Description
the dealer where I purchased my 4Runner never done anything to remove my name from the registration. I would have not known if the DOV had not sent me a notice that the yearly registration was due. if the new owner had a wreck and or caused the death of someone they could feasible come after me. I tell you I am extremely miffed over this lack of responsibility. I am going to return to the dealer and insist on immediate rectification. the person responsible is "always busy with a new customer" . I asked one person why not take care of business from last year, instead of screwing up a new customer's life?

A fine photo! Very professional image! Yes, the levels of incompetence are extreme in this day and age! The employees mostly only think they are there to draw a paycheck! Customer service is an unknown entity!

It might go over to go up to a sales manager closing a deal, stick your head in the door, and let loose with the issue. Likewise, out in the lot, although I feel for a lot of folks that are in auto sales due to layoff and Covid, so i might not want to mess with their livelihood. BTW...a really colorful and fun photo.

Send them an e-mail or more to the dealer, don't forget to specify the date today and the date you your registration must have been removed from their database and papers. Any proofs, images, paper shots would be better to add in the e-mail. In the end, don't forget to say thank you for the competence and responsability.

So many places are so wrapped up in making a profit - and when the deal is complete, they're done with you. No sense of responsibility at all. Then they're "sooooo sorry" when you call them on it.
