Description

I saw this large pump impeller, and so I got some great photos; however, the impeller looked so plain that I ran the photo through different filters. Health-wise, I'm doing better, but there is still internal pain where I cut and removed parts. I was informed that I would be experiencing that pain for quite some time. I am NOT amused. I wish everyone here a happy and safe March and that we all get back to normal(?) soon. BTW, I got my first Covid shot, and later on this month, I will get the second Shot. I will still wear a mask when I'm out in public. This will ensure that people will not freak out when they see me.

Well this is indeed a compelling impeller, buddy! (see what I did there? LOL) Very cool effects on it!

Glad you're doing better, Mike, but that doesn't sound like a whole lot of fun, dealing with that pain for an extended time.

Hopefully they'll have those vax's available here soon. Just sent you an email..

This is a really cool image, the colors are trippy.

I'm glad you got vaccine shot one but I'm sorry you're still in pain, but I'm glad overall you feel better.

I had intentions on wearing masks with or without the vaccinations. I did have both shots. I was told that a sales clerk in Dillards today asked a woman to put a mask on. she said it was in her car. She went out to get it and never returned.

I hope the pain subsides promptly Mike

This is so awesome. It really looks great. Thanks for stopping by. My notifications are so broken here. I haven't been notified of any post you have made lately. I'll have fun tonight going back through your gallery.

I had to look up "pump impeller" (I thought it's something that tells pumps to get a move on..) It looks like a gigantic inner tire, or centrifuge, or the inside of a drum. You did a great job with it, giving it prismatic qualities, heavy grain, and lots of light. Really fine manipulation, Mike. I again wish you all the healing in the world, and hope the pain stays manageable until it finally goes away. I know that cutting can be tone deaf, it just leaves pain in its wake: I'm sorry you have to deal with it. I wish you all the best going forward, and I'm glad you got your 1st shot. I assume you've either gotten the 2d one by now, or are about to. All the best with it, Mike. Much healing and light to you. And your spring wishes back at you, in spades...

Strange yet attractive filter result!

I've had two shots (AstraZeneca) with no side-effects.

Glad you still have your sense of humor! I pray you don't have to deal with the pain much longer! My wife and I got our shots last month. It still seems strange to go out for a morning walk without a mask. But for me, that as a great time since I'm about the only one out there. Although I did encounter two ladies walking this morning. One was middle aged and the other was a young lady trotting along with her dog, a young husky. The things we remember, funny no? Well, here's to your improved health and to better times ahead for all!

Get well soon. Very cool how you can take a seemingly common item and make this excellent abstract. Well done.
