How do you get that glow airbrushed effect?

To get that "Glow Fx". in Mandelbulb3D You set the 2 fog filters to EG: a light yellow and a light orange and increase the fog as desired. You can also move the light up and down across. The are other light you can add but i do no use them. To get a glow around objects, in photoshop you can vary Outer Glow, put a light brush, or add a motion trail.

Nice gain, water... introduction of the blue sets of the overall image well.Looks a bit like a toy city :)
