This is what an "invisible" watermark looks like in Photoshop. Note that in the channels menu, both red and green channels are turned off. Also note that this image was downloaded directly off my Renderosity gallery, and has been jpeg-ed twice now. Quality in the original png is much higher. };] If this were ever needed in court, it would easily be enough to prove ownership.

I confirm. I tried GIMP again and the "watermarks" appear. So: very good solution.
