Having departed one of the King's coastal villages, after leaving the Governor with none of his previous fortune, Captain De Vargas finds himself be-calmed at sea. What's a Pirate to do when they are unable to move through a lack of wind at sea? Well, they can practice their pirate skills. That is what De Vargas is making the pirate Victoria do. "You are good with that sword, but you could be better," he tells her. Manners dictate that I not tell you what Victoria says to Captain De Vargas in response.
