I am the author Lyle Aryn. Writing is my first love, my one true passion. Every since I was able to string a sentence together, it's all I've wanted to do. Websites where you can find my work and more are below.
I started using Daz Studio October 23rd of 2018, just as something to dink around with. I'd been signed up with the sight for a while, and would occasionally remember to check for freebies. I was surprised at what I had when I finally loaded up the program. I just started playing around with it, figuring it out. I'd say about 92% of what I've learned in the program I've learned just by playing around with it.
In December I went from being a dutiful son looking after his mom, to the full-time, no nights or weekends off, caretaker of my Mom. As someone who struggles with depression, anxiety and a mood disorder or two, this change has had a drastic impact on my own personal care and well-being. I turned to my blossoming love of doing digital art as a way to cope with the mountains of stress on my shoulders. I do miniature painting, too. But when you haven't slept in 4 days, handling a brush can be very messy. Not being able to paint to my own personal satisfaction was making this avenue of relaxation increasingly frustrating.
Daz Studio has an undo button that you just don't get with painting miniatures.
As my skill with the program grows, so does my confidence. I did the cover to my fifth novel, "Because the Night" using Daz Studio, as well as new covers for two previous releases. (Though they haven't been updated just yet.)
I'm looking to always improve my artistic work, no matter what the medium, and Daz Studio is no different.

Big feet!
Nice work my friend, very well done.
LyleAryn
Lol. Yes. The boots are actually too big for her. They were left from the previous owner of the wardrobe.

Very cool character...you know what they say about women with large feet.............very expensive shoes..!..lovely use of colour and depth of field....quality image and render
LyleAryn
Lol, thanks. These boots are massive even before I scaled them up. Besides making it easier to fit pants under them, it also goes along with the whole "found object" vibe. But don't worry. Mr. Wardrobe cleaned them thoroughly before she put them on!

This is a really fun character. I don't know if it is the boots or if she has a unworldly shape to her but she is a fun character. Nicely done.

She started as Tara for Genesis 8, with the emaciation morphs applied. She's quite a fun character to RP as well, even if she tends to tell your really terrible things if you ask about her past.
