Description
I went up to where I buy flour tortillas and I usually go past the exit to make a u turn where it is more safe. it was backed up into the on ramp, so I took a short cut which I do not make a habit of doing. I never seen any collision or broken down cars. when I left I went over to another street and stopped at a red light, where I took this picture
