My first serious endeavor into DOF in DS. Couldn't it get to work in the 32-bit version of DS, but was pretty easy to accomplish in the 64-bit DS.
Thanks for the view and for any comments you'd like to share...greatly appreciate you support.

DOF looks good. The model looks good, too. That outfit is cool.

She really looks at home in that background.

fabulous character, and the dof works really well. Great composition too, with the linear elements leading the eye out of frame, to whatever it is that she is so intently focused on...

Fabulous character and outfit...super impressive work on every aspect of the render class image...!

Warrior Strong! Lighting is perfect. (I'm not fond of DOF generally, because I like to see the background, and it's how everything actually looks to me when I take my very thick glasses off.)

This is outstanding, Barb! The lighting is perfect - I feel like I'm there with her. Top marks!

This fantastic warrioress looks proud and determined to protect her own tribe, you've set her in a most gorgeous environment as well. She could be your personal Lara Croft, couldn't she ?!

I have no idea how DOF works in 3D, where you have to create it...I know it only from the camera. But your contrast between foreground and background, here, is striking, and the clarity on this woman---being the foreground---is really striking. A gold tinge to the image, esp to her and her outfit. And she comes at us at the angle of the background (the wall and stairs, etc), cutting into the center of the frame, while she seems to pose in mid walk. Really well composed. As with your other images, the light is beautiful, and your image is bathed in it. Striking work. She seems to be the guard of this old hidden place...

Until this moment if Didn't even know DOF existed, but I like what I see. I guess I need to explore DAZ more.
