Oh thank you so much Barb. With the above, this is gorgeous, it's out of a japanese print or a tale placed in medieval japan. A beautiful olive-tinted emerald green (hard to find the right name!), it's like a dream...And you set it all off with that gorgeous flowered gown, which envelops the woman and the whole corner she's in. She turns to invite us in, and she's another of your mystical people and spirits who grace your images. You have blossoms on the right---very spring-like which also evoke japanese, chinese and korean traditional art (they were way big on those blossoms), and the magic of dragonflies, lotuses, lily pads, starbursts and so on. Beautiful...and a place I'd love to be right now. Beautiful job, Barb, I'll never know how you make these, you make magic and you created a serene and beautiful gift for my birthday. Thank you so much! I'll comment on more this coming week.
