there was enough hail last night to cover my lawn and the street ( by the time it took to grab my Canon, the majority had melted) . with many unlucky people that uses the street to park their cars.
the good thing there were no tornadoes. must check my roof later today. was the first time for me to see the lawn covered by hail. looked more like snow

Yes, hail can cause so much damage. One of my earlier vehicles got caught in a hail storm and ended up pretty banged up from it. And the storm did not last that long. Which I reckon was a good thing or I might have needed major body work instead of some touch up and minor dent repairs.

Great old house there, with the church beyond it to the right.

Ohhh yeah, heavy hail can mean a new roof job for sure. Hope your insurance will cover you if there is damage.

boy, texas has been hit with brutal weather in the last few months. I'm sorry you've all had to deal with so much...
I love this shot, with the walkway leading to the Frisco facade---it's not a long walk, but your perspective makes it look long. And the angles on that great old green house (nicely kept up!) are wonderful. That's a museum back there! Your pov makes it look like it's stuck at the end of a desolate part of town. Love the perspective and lines in this photo.
