Description
Here's Josie again! I spent a TON of time looking through my props to find a fridge with a door that opens. This is from "Krusty Cookery." I know, I know. Not the best mesh or texture. I could possibly make the texture better, but not a lot I can do about the mesh. It is things like this that push me to try and learn Blender.
But, I love the lighting. There's a little post-work as I ran it through a filter I like and then used a gradient mask to blend it with the original render. I like the result.
Utilizing the "Comfy Hoodie" from here on Renderosity. I am SOOOOO happy I could get the hood big enough to fit over her hair, and even more pleased it didn't explode when I ran the simulation on it. Still not quite "I borrowed this from my SO who is bigger than me" look, but not too shabby, either. (It really is a good set. I recommend!)
Also is Hameloen's "Easy Shorts 2" which was on sale, and the closest to "Boy Short" panties I've seen. Would like some matching seems for it to make it more underwear-like, but... I live with it for now. Of course, you can't actually see it... (Yay, baggy hoodie) I report that the geoshell from Easy Shorts did not interfere with the simulation at all, which isn't always the case. I suspect whoever set-up the settings on the hoodie is a wizard practicing dark arts.
Now, I ended up rendering a close-up because EYES. I initially set up the scene to render far enough back to see her bare legs, but I really ended up liking this camera angle. *shrugs* Maybe I'll do a second one. (I'll probably do a second one.)

It's a lovely render, regardless of the fridge. Certainly, if my fridge was as badly painted as that, I'd never have bought it, but I think it adds something here. The texture does make for a nice backdrop if nothing else!
Beautiful work, and I can't wait to see what you come up with once you start on your own props and meshes! I bet there's plenty rattling around in that head of yours, just itching to get out!

It does draw the eye more to her face, so there is that! And yeah. I have installed blender. I have even managed to export a Daz figure to it. But I don't think that's the best place to start, so I'm going to tackle some tutorials in the near future to see if I can turn that cube it loads into something interesting.

I was going to comment on the lighting. This is one of those images where I would file it in the '2b-redone' folder. When a better geometry finds you, I would do this is again for sure. Still. all in all. most eyes are on her, not the damned frig door, so job well done.

Yes! I was going for a subtle "pretty pout." The fridge IS empty, too. Except for the sphere of light, of course. Lol. I'm tempted to do another with the freezer open, and a popsicle, but I've GOT to get back to work on the comic. Josie is one heck of a beautiful distraction!

Not just EYES, but BROWS as well! Oh, man I love Girls with expressive Eye brows and that pouty mouth is sweet as well. To round up everything she got the absolutely fitting Hairdo - love it!!!

Nicely done. For the shorts, G8 is bundled with some basic clothing which includes shorts and tank top you might try too... a lot of people forget about the freebies within DAZ but Ive found a few very handy items amongst them!

Oh, yes. I've used that set a LOT to be honest. I really ought to just figure out how to make some higher-res textures for them. Thanks for the feedback.
