Not far off. Be careful! They need skintones which is not difficult to do. Alittle too much saturation on the shorts, but again this is because they are just so much brighter and more colorful than anything else in the picture. Because of all the black you are losing the gloves. There are a few ways of preventing that.

Great, I've tried this myself, the only real problem I see is some noisy edges, but that may be due to resizing .)

Apart from all the technical blah blahs, I must say awesome! In all the years I been using photoshop I have never done any retouches except for red-eye, must ... learn ... this... must... learn... now... :O)
