Description
A terrain and an inverted copy from Gritstone Hills with materials from High Resolution Terrains 1 & 2. At the exit a mirror to extend the cave. Five Radials for lighting the inside and the PfynJungle1_SC HDRI for the green colour in front; and some sunlight through the mirror to illuminate the haze. View through a cave towards the exit.

yesterday back again after a pause to prepare some private business so i missed this interesting diagonal composition ! I always read and try to understand your despcriptions but this time I guess have some understanding for the mentioned inversion mirror-ing (clever to speed up the works ?!) ; radial as a tool
for multiple lighting ?well you are a step ahead and leave me behind in finding the exit out of your cave ;-( SC Hdri ? beats me but for multiple lighten up a scene but there are alternatives .I know it is a sport for you doing all within your bryce version without extern postwork finishing touches or so.
BTW I choose Pinterest website to engage for selling some of my varied dimensional work , n but tried Renderosity first but Pin is taking up all the work ; from framing uploads in diverse ways to paypal payments and demands 2/3 but ,,only,, one third profit for the artist but thats the way it goes in this digital art gallery world .Fysical art selling like real paintings is entirely left for the artist to deal wilh a client All who started a carreer as an art painter (like me ) will end up as digital painters and payed the price. so be it . Thanks. The best in Bryce 7 are the better lighting options - though there are also bugs that Bryce 5 doesn't have; volume slabs cannot overlap in 7 but in 5 is one of them. That's why I have all Bryce versions from 4 to 7.1 installed, though most of the time I'm happy with 7.1. IBL (image based light) with an HDRI is a great lighting method the way it is implemented. SC means Specular Convolved, the image is treated by a cosine function that results in a blurred image - depending on the Phong exponent used - that retains the high dynamic range (can also be done in Bryce from Phong exponent 1 to 100).
I wish you success to sell you images. Yours are more on the artistic side than my hobby tinkering.
