Description
Nothing much, just trying OutofTouch's DailyBun hair for La Femme on V4
It doesn't require much tweaking to fit, just need to remember to go to the hierarchy panel and drag it in to the V4 head for it to move after fitting — mainly the Z % in the neck setting needs to be decreased to about 74%
I think the results are quite stunning with a high res render, this took an hour and a half to render in SuperFly

Impressively looking hair with enough stray hairs to make a convincingly real look. Have to say though her eyebrows need something of similar quality now

lol, that was me badly improvising :)

Fantastic scene and details, love it!!! Unfortunately my PC is broken! That's why I'm sending you beautiful Easter greetings from another PC today. Hug Elke

It looks fuzzy and out of focus to me. This is a place where a Firefly render of transmapped hair is going to look better with a tiny fraction of the render time. I am not the first person to make that observation. Interesting example.

If you're a blind man on a galloping horse it is probably difficult to appreciate a difference, but you are quite wrong with regards quality, clarity, realism and the visual interest produced by an SF render as opposed to FF. Poser Pro12 makes it worth going down the SuperFly road, though there are indeed downsides in terms of render time, as you say, and you also need a machine that isn't going to spit the dummy when tasked with an SF render. The post FX option covers up a multitude of render sins though I prefer not to use this as it is basically a blur. From renders I've seen, DAZ Studio still has the edge in terms of quality, but PP12 SF is a step in the right direction, especially for Mac users. It would be nice to have an extension/render option built for the AMD Radeon ProRender Suite

Nice portrait!

It brings out the detail of the cloth texture very nicely.
Not happy with those eyebrows, though.

mea culpa :)

impressive; realistic hair is where so many otherwise excellent renders fall down.

Beautiful result. It might be just me, but I like the Emily blunt fell I get from her. Any case beautiful lassie.

That is interesting to know, will have to look at Emily, busy trying to do Sophia Loren, Zoe Saldana and Zendaya, it is difficult to see your errors if you stick to one character, and even then, lol
