Description
Again ported from Daz in to Blender quite a short but look for the image files it shows the different view I tested
All in all this has 75 frames in the animation each took just under 90 seconds that inclues the reset time between frames
speed is 24 frames so each second of video is 90 * 24 seconds
one minute would be 60 * 90 * 24 seconds of render time
to do an 2 hour animation just the render time would be 120* 60 *90 *24 seconds getting in to phone numbers

180 days? Woof! I would think it would be time to just buy a render farm at that point. That don't even count all the hours spent posing each shot, though I suppose you could stagger and have multiple machines working on several scenes at once.
Still, that would be nuts to attempt on a primary machine.

But what about sleep....I know that those big animations the work at far bigger frame settings and at what cost no say down where the sane people are we should use our hunble set ups for image renders... heck no throw everything out the window lets have a drink

Most of us have the making of a small render farm.. more than one computer more money than hair....Here I have access to 7 computers between myself and my daughter now just how to link them .. set up a record unit to take each frame from each of the units and store them all in order... some fancy software to render them in order or do I just take my wife on a round the world sea trip..... the things we do....
