after 7 years i'm finally getting around in adding some info on this page. never really thought about doing it. i have been a member here since July 15th 2006, and have learned alot from fellow artists. i would have about 1300 images or so posted but have deleated many of my first pieces. and still consider myself a developing artist at this wonderful site. i'm 56 years old this year "2013" and was born in North Dakota. i have lived in Colorado since 1967 and enjoy this place alot. my stepfather was in the air force and we lived in Bermuda after North Dakota for a few years before coming here where he got stationed.. and so much enjoy many of the finest artist in the world who post here.. love you all and your amazing friendships we share.. lol Steve
i enjoy working with poser, i have such a dinosaur version i use, (p6) wish i had poser 2012 at least. i also use photoshop 7 for most of my work i post here. but more so photography is my main passion, just hope to get a camera again someday.
p.s. not sure how high of a res pic i'm using for this page. take care and thanks a million you all.

Superb wor, excellent image and commentary.
Lets not forget, in the bottom of the box (or jar if you prefer the original Greek story) once all the ills had escaped, lay hope...

A spot-on and superb lighting to enhance the mysterious power of this Pandora's box. Wonderful and creative scene, Steve!

Very special and creative revealing of the contents of that box!!
The “freedom” to kill others with guns and going mask-less during a world-wide pandemic to express our “freedom.” Wow. Pandora’s Democracy has definitely been let out of the box!!!

Shouldn't have opened that box, now you've gone and done it.

yes I can read the words coming out of Pandora's box...really well done. Her box has dominated the world of late, and Hope (the character in the myth who saves the world) has seemed lost too often. Police officers are often very hastily trained (via their weapons), and expected to learn everything in a few weeks time. There's little oversight in some depts, and a number of these officers are sent into the world unprepared, with deadly weapons, in a difficult world. So much has to be changed---for them and for us. And the freedom to get major weapons in the U.S. is insane---one can have the 2d amendment without having automatic weapons. There should be as much rigor in testing for guns as there is for securing deadly chemicals in your home...
Your Pandora is lit dramatically, for a macabre dance: love the play of light and dark, and how sinister she looks. The flying evils are actually beautiful (making them more deadly), and the rest is darkness. Fine image, Steve, and more fine work with dark, dark environs.
