I would suggest picking up TwiztedMetal's "Reflections for G8"

The light rings in her eyes are a little distracting. Removing the moisture layer could fix it, too.

Other than that? This is a great portrait!

Thanks for the comment. I appreciate the time you took to to make it and your suggestions. In fact the reflections of the beauty dish were reduced a bit. As a photographer, studio lighting does produce catch lights in the eyes. TwiztedMetal's product is a good one and claims to produce realistic reflections. However, for the reflections to be "truly realistic" they have to be produced by the lights lighting the scene. Otherwise they won't feel right.
