Description
One of the images part of my womens day project (a bit more longterm than just one day).
I let them voice what they have to face day by day and what they want.
There are still not enough roles for women in movies: strong figues depicting all body sizes, colors or ages.
I miss the Ripleys in actual videos. She has wrinkles, fights, does everything male actors often do. It is no romance or lovestory.
She does not run around as a decorative or waits to be saved - she does what she has to do. She defines the movie.

I try to use all female characters that I have. There are not many... I mostly prefer fantasy figures thus sometimes I have to improvise. And this time she stands for all the young women those you mostly see on TV/movie screens instead of all the others.
