I am the author Lyle Aryn. Writing is my first love, my one true passion. Every since I was able to string a sentence together, it's all I've wanted to do. Websites where you can find my work and more are below.
I started using Daz Studio October 23rd of 2018, just as something to dink around with. I'd been signed up with the sight for a while, and would occasionally remember to check for freebies. I was surprised at what I had when I finally loaded up the program. I just started playing around with it, figuring it out. I'd say about 92% of what I've learned in the program I've learned just by playing around with it.
In December I went from being a dutiful son looking after his mom, to the full-time, no nights or weekends off, caretaker of my Mom. As someone who struggles with depression, anxiety and a mood disorder or two, this change has had a drastic impact on my own personal care and well-being. I turned to my blossoming love of doing digital art as a way to cope with the mountains of stress on my shoulders. I do miniature painting, too. But when you haven't slept in 4 days, handling a brush can be very messy. Not being able to paint to my own personal satisfaction was making this avenue of relaxation increasingly frustrating.
Daz Studio has an undo button that you just don't get with painting miniatures.
As my skill with the program grows, so does my confidence. I did the cover to my fifth novel, "Because the Night" using Daz Studio, as well as new covers for two previous releases. (Though they haven't been updated just yet.)
I'm looking to always improve my artistic work, no matter what the medium, and Daz Studio is no different.

One of the most versatile pieces of clothing I've ever worked with! I wish Chas every success and a large drop of Whisky for that poor girl, going through the motions! lol Well done!

A very charming setting for this lovely dancing lady! She is quite flexible! A most delightful image, my friend! Well done!
LyleAryn
Thank you. Ballet dancers put themselves through a lot to be so limber. The idea was to capture that, and hopefully avoid any "perverted" connotations that often follow images of extreme flexibility.

Thank you. It was adapted from a a pose for Genesis 3. The converter actually worked on it. I was surprised.

Excellent work with all the variables here - and the result reflects that work - a lovely and graceful work!
I'm soooo looking forward to getting back into DS again - hopefully soon.

I kept expecting it to explode, like the last outfit I tried this pose with. I bought the pose set just to render that outfit for a project, and I couldn't even get close to this. Thanks for looking!
