Description
I have been going to this park for so many years. it was far better when it was maintained by volunteers. there were so many flower gardens. the "city" thought their wisdom was far better. they tore out all of the volunteer planted flowers.
a local doctor donated the land for a park. in the paper work, the city agreed to the stipulation that the land could not be ever sold and it would always be free for the public. a politician suggested that it could be sold, but the leader of the volunteers said that it can not be sold per the contract. not long after that the volunteers were removed from the park

yeah, politics never mix well with nature. A beautiful long shot of beautiful water...and the trees are all spread out across that flat land, bending every which way. Beautiful contrast, with a beautiful clouded sky. The water is a real treat.
