Description

One of the images part of my womens day project (a bit more longterm than just one day). I let them voice what they have to face day by day and what they want. In many parts of the jobworld women are still so uncommon that they get addressed always as "working asset" or inferiors or helpers. But there are women that are bosses, lead companies, have their own research institutes etc. and have their own people working for them. We need more women in deciding positions - also to change structures. A lot of the structures are highly unhealthy for men and women alike. We as humankind need more working together than against each other. Even I got asked if I know how my boss liked his coffee. I don't know and I don't care, I said. Situations like this should never ever happen. A fried told me: she and her colleague got called by nicknames you would only use at home/in private (things like sweety, baby, cutie etc). That is a no-go at work, cause it leaves: 1. the ugly taste to be a toy, 2. that you (and your work) are less worthy and 3. are more a decorative object than a real colleague. - you don't feel taken serious in such situations.
