Through her graphic paintings we have a window into her pain and suffering. I'm always saddened but in awe.

A beautifully created tribute to this extraordinary artist, Linda--you've been able to reproduce her self portrait so well. I love her art and that of her husband.
As it would have it, I lived in Mexico for several years in the 70s--just happened to be in Coyoacan, where Frida and Diego also had lived :) Trotsky, a friend of Kahlo, just happened to be assassinated in Coyoacan too. Beautiful, peaceful Coyoacan certainly has a history :)
