we are in the middle of a violent storm. there has been at least one tornado. I am going to shut my desktop down after posting one more flower

I hope we find you well on the other side of the storm! The flower shot is buttery and velvety, the full size view shows all the soft fibers along with the convolutions that make up this flower. It has a painted mythic pattern inside. A sensuous flower capture.
