Haha! Cool! Well done! But it is a picture not an animation, isn't it (or am I doing something wrong)?
I know that feeling just all to often...

There is also an animated image in my gallery (the girl has just other hairs) - Smile

Very nice image indeed, love the choice of palette, and the giant props (or tiny figures depending on which way you look at it) work really well in the composition.

Good job. I like the hair in both versions. She's a cutie. Good job on the idea and result.

I love this and the next image (the animated one). In this iimage, the painting is half-finished, and it has a sleek avant-garde quality. It actually reminds me of Yves' work. I love how much white space you use. And the woman sits there, waiting for inspiration. Great outfit on her, with matching heels. And the rest of the room is in blacks, whites and grays---it has an avant-garde 'design' quality, as you often get in black and white images. (Monochrome brings out the graphic designer in you.) The books are huge too---another great touch. And her pencils are huge also. I love the 'play' in this image---ie, playing with proportions and size. A delight.
The animated version shows the full painted face: It, too, is 'minimal', and beautiful. (And it, too, reminds me of Yves.) I love her hair in that version: Afro! Great look. These are delightful, and very chic and smart. I'm glad you could get the animation to post, regardless of the compromise...
