Description
With a 1-way ticket, a few 16 mm films and high hopes I flew out to Los Angeles . After 3 weeks and not a single interview, I ran out of money & spent the next 6 months living on a sidewalk in South Central LA. I damaged my right knee and limped around panhandling for spare change. It was an exciting adventure and some of the happiest days of my life.
