Description
***Circe, in Greek legend, a sorceress, the daughter of Helios, the sun god, and of the ocean nymph Perse. She was able by means of drugs and incantations to change humans into wolves, lions, and swine. The Greek hero Odysseus visited her island, Aeaea, with his companions, whom she changed into swine.

Love this, Linda--wonderful, fun artwork...Greek mythology is better than much of the junk being pumped out these days--sex, intrigue, magic, wars, jealousy, etc. Circe would be in her element today--wouldn't take much of her powers to get the task done--lots of people are already approaching "piggishness."
