WINDOWS TO THE SKY
were only hopes
to see the soul
the roads that the world ran
the friendships that were said
forgetting at the first tremor
loves that roads
in my soul made
even though I feel lost
in the midst of falsehoods
I looked at them
as hope
perhaps to see the world smile
nature sheltering
today in the decline of life
I know they are still there
windows to the sky
one last hope?
