I assume those are males, not cows. They look great and they seem to be very happy.
We used to raise some Holstein cows for milk. I had a most brilliant cow I loved most of all, I could talk to her like I talked to my dog. I never considered the cows are pets, they are powerful, intelligent beings. But my favourite was unbelievable trusty, self confident, the only one I could walk with her horns next to my ribs without fear. She was enjoying running like kids over the hills. I was reading while she was feeding next to me, she never left me alone reading far from her, she was always few metres away. She was a most reliable, most brilliant friend.

I think it's an ox. They are in Parc de Sceaux to show them to children living in Paris area.
