Description
The first night in their new home she felt an unease, but thought to herself, “Maybe its just being in a new house, a new neighborhood”. She remembered her Grandfather talking once about how a new house will make creaking sounds settling in its foundation, but this house was not that new, and another family had once lived in it before she and her Mother moved in. “The scratching sound in the closet did not sound like a house settling”, she thought to herself. Then one night the closet door slowly crept open.
