I usually post only 3D pictures here, but for once why not posting something different. ^^ Last week I have bought "RPG Maker XP" and if I don't plan to do a video game with it in a near future, it's really something I would love to make one day. But to really do something unique and personal, I will have to create some sprites of my own. So I have tried to do some pixel art these days. Yesterday after watching some videos and tutorials (I really enjoyed the videos of Bandon James Greers. Go check his videos! (https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCC26K7LTSrJK0BPAUyyvtQg)), I have decided to try to do something a little ambitious. I felt I could do it and for been mostly a complete amator with pixel art, I think I succeded to do something good. :) It took me approximatively 5 hours to finish it, plus 1 or 2 additional hours to make this graphic chart. About the c"Color Chart" I am sure I forgot few colors here and there, but most of them are in the chart. I have used an "old" 3d render of mine as a reference (visible in my gallery, called: Meanwhile in a parallel Universe... 03) I haven't tried to recreate the same background as in the picture, because it would have been boring to watch (and to do). I think it's more pretty to look at with these pink trees. If the unatural color bothers you, imagine there are a lot of pink flowers blooming on them. :D Because I wrote in french, I will precise that the tiny picture on the left is the original size, at 150 px by 100px. The one on the right was resized at 600px by 400px.
