Not the living lawn ornament I wish to pursue with my slogan from desert motorcycle racing, "whatever you look at you will hit." I learned to look far off almost to the horizon and let the suspension sort out the big and little things. "Zeke" Cormier had shown me the way driving me to "Top Gun" in late 1969. Later several women in equivalent Dodge Darts showed later that they were trying to hit my motorcycle from behind but learned not to pass everyone in a line to drop into the Mojave River wash. Even a Greeves suspension is outdone by a 20 foot drop into soft sand and flowing water.
